We have not issued or approved of the issuance of any of those articles. We are not involved in or have any knowledge of the aforesaid business dealings or activities. We also have no relationship with any of the named third parties. Readers should exercise extreme caution when relying on any news, information or data purporting to be based on any relationship between VCM and third parties. VCM does not hold client assets or monies, and therefore would not request or induce anyone to invest monies, securities or other assets by transferring money, securities or other assets to us. The above matters have been reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.
